1996The predecessor of the company, BELTA, was officially established in New York, USA, and began operating chips.

2001Established an office in Hong Kong to develop and serve the Asia-Pacific market.

2010Established an office in Shenzhen to develop the mainland China market.

2018Established Asia headquarters - Belta Electronics Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, expanded agency business, and began to act as an agent for Innodisk.

2020Established a branch in Shenzhen - Belta Electronics Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and obtained Suntsu agency rights.

2021Started agency business for domestic brands - Yangxing/Dongwo/Star/Chipown/Hexagon.

2022Established an office in Shanghai to develop the East China market and obtained ISO9001 certification.

2025Established a branch in Shanghai, set up an office in Taiwan, and began to act as an agent for Shanghai Belling and Grepow.

2026Plan to establish offices in Vietnam and Chengdu.
