Sales Engineer

Work Summary: The company is expanding its team for future development. We are looking for talented individuals to join us! Hiring: IC Sales Engineer + base salary + high commission + year-end bonus.

Job Scope

• Develop sales plans according to the department's overall market strategy;
• Develop procurement needs for electronic components in manufacturing plants through phone calls and visits;
• Manage and develop your own clients, collect accounts receivable on time;
• Maintain existing customer relationships and actively develop new customers;
• Achieve sales targets as required by the company and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs;

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, more than one year of work experience preferred, no industry experience required (excellent fresh graduates are also welcome);
• Basic knowledge of electronic components (on-the-job training provided);
• Proficient in OFFICE software (basic English reading and writing skills preferred);
• Excellent relationship building, logical thinking, learning ability, and good customer communication and coordination skills;
• Certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
