Good quality is the cornerstone for Belta in electronic component distribution industry. We have our own strong QC team, providing a series of inspection process. We strive to follow the standard of each inspection process, in order to make commitment to our customers. And in the process of continuous improvement, we manage to enrich our database, thereby improving the quality standards of the entire industry.

i.Parts Arrival

Parts Arrival description: Our goods come from manufactures, authorized distributors and OEM factories.

ii.Outer packaging and label inspection

Outer packaging and label inspection Description: We will compare the outer packaging, label, IC marking of parts arrival with BELTA database for authenticity inspection.

iii.Take photos for archiving

Photo for archiving: Input all the information (including part number, D/C, quantity, label, IC marking, outer packaging) to our system to achieve shipment traceability.

iv.Inspection with High-power microscopy

High power microscope inspection: Visual inspection of the IC body to confirm the cleanliness of the PIN or BGA.

v.Acetone test for IC marking

Acetone test: Test IC MARKING with acetone reagent to check whether is remarked or not.

vi.Weldable test

Solderable test: Test the solderability of the pins to confirm the ability to attach tin.

vii.X－RAY

X-RAY detection: Examines the internal structure of the IC and compares to Belta database to check the structural consistency.

viii.Shipment

Shipment: Complete the inspection process and deliver to customers at the first time.
